We use Google Analytics on this website. This enables us to make sure we are offering the best service possible to our customers. Our shopping cart system and our checkout mechanism (PayPal) also use cookies. Some of these cookies are sessional and are required for the payment process to work and no longer have an effect once you have logged out of the site. We will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Because all our items are hand printed as they are ordered, our estimated dispatch time is 5-6 working days. If, for some reason, your order gets delayed, we will contact you to let you know.
Typically, orders placed mon-fri will be posted the following monday. Depending on when received, orders at the weekend may get posted on that monday or it may be the following monday – this really depends on order volume.
If you require an item in a hurry – please email us at info@old.coolbaby.ie with your request and we will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know if we can fulfil your order within your timeframe.
Please note that when you place an order with Cool Baby, you are agreeing to a third party delivering your order and therefore we cannot be held responsible for late or non-deliveries. You will be sent an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched. Orders within Ireland are usually delivered the following working day (An Post offer 85% next working day delivery within Ireland). Deliveries times to countries outside of Ireland vary. Check An Post for more information.
Text on personalized items is best limited to 50 characters (this includes spaces, punctuation marks such as full stops, question marks, exclamation marks etc). However, if you need to have more than this – don’t worry – we will fit it in – the text just might end up being a little smaller. Please don’t ask us to print inappropriate material (bad language, insults, copyrighted quotes/slogans or other offensive text).
Unfortunately, personalised and customized items are non-refundable (unless of course they are faulty). Therefore, please check spellings and sizes before placing your final order.
In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is not available, we will phone you to discuss expected delivery dates. If this is unsatisfactory we will endeavour to organise alternatives or a refund, whichever your preferred option is.
We currently only accept payment by PayPal and Debit/Credit card. Payment is secured and encrypted via PayPal.com. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to complete your checkout via PayPal.
6. Branding
The wording ‘old.coolbaby.ie’ is branded on the back of the babygrow (lower leg) and on our bibs. If you do not wish for your item to be branded please let us know in the customer notes section at checkout.
