Delivery Information

Turn around for orders is 5-6 business days.

Typically, orders made Monday to Friday will be posted on the following Monday. Orders made at the weekend will typically be posted the following Monday.

Standard Delivery with An Post is FREE in Ireland. However, if you exchange an item, you may be asked to pay for delivery of the exchanged item.

Please note: if you want to track your order – you should choose to register your delivery – which costs extra.  If you choose free standard delivery – unfortunately if an item is delayed/missing – we will not be able to track it with An Post.

For deliveries outside of Ireland the rates are:

• 1 item: €2.50
• 2 -3 items: €3.50
• Over 3 items: €5.00

The rate for registered delivery outside of Ireland is €9.

Please note that when you place an order with Cool Baby, you are agreeing to a third party delivering your order and therefore we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.  You will be sent an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched (this email often goes into Spam folders – so please check there if you did not receive a confirmation/order complete email).

Orders within Ireland are usually delivered the following working day (An Post offer 85% next working day delivery within Ireland).  Delivery times to countries outside of Ireland vary.  Check An Post for more information.
