We aim to dispatch all orders within 2- 4 days (as all items are printed as they are ordered). If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours.
However, if you wish to cancel or amend an order for personalised items – please do so within 3 hours of placing the order.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to cancel or amend personalised garments unless we are informed within this time frame and your items will be dispatched as ordered.
If you cancel your order in time, your payment will be refunded in full within 3-7 days
