Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We currently accept payment via debit and credit cards using PayPal and Stripe.

Q. Do you ship worldwide?

A. Yes, we ship worldwide.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. Because our garments are hand printed to order, our dispatch estimate is 5-6 working days. If you live within Ireland, you should receive your order within 1 – 3 days of it being shipped. Outside of Ireland, delivery times may vary. We use An Post for deliveries so check out www.anpost.ie for further information.

Q. What if I need something in a hurry?

If you need something quickly, send us an email to info@coolaby.ie with your request – we will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know if it can be done within your timeframe.

Q. How will I know when my order has been shipped?

A. You will receive an email to let you know when your order has been shipped (check your spam folder if you don’t see one as they often go in there!).

Q. What do I do if I make a mistake on an item I have ordered?

A. Once an order is placed, it is immediately entered into the system. Therefore, it is extremely important you get in touch with us immediately to let us know if there is a mistake. We have a cut off time of 3 hours after placing the order for personalised items. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to cancel or amend personalised garments unless we are informed within this time frame and your items will be dispatched as ordered.
Please be sure to carefully review spellings, dates etc on any personalised text entered to ensure there are no mistakes before submitting your order.
