We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however, in the unlikely event that you want to return an item(s)* we will refund your purchase in full (however, we cannot refund the post and packaging charge).
All items must be returned within 21 days, be in perfect condition (unworn and unwashed) and with tags intact.
Please note that we do not refund the cost of returning the item to us.

You can return items to: 4 The Green, Weir View, Castlecomer Road, Kilkenny. Remember that all goods are your responsibility until we have received them.
Please remember to get and keep proof of postage.
Your debit/credit charge will be refunded within 3-7 days of us receiving the returned item(s).
* Please Note: Unfortunately, customised and personalised items cannot be returned, unless faulty.
Therefore, please check personalised information is inputted correctly when you are ordering.
Any item* for exchange should be returned within 21 days, in perfect condition (unworn and unwashed) and with tags intact. We will dispatch a replacement item within 5-7 working days. All items for exchange are your responsibility until we receive them. Please note that we do not refund the cost of returning the item to us. In addition, you will need to pay for postage for the exchanged item.

In the very unlikely event of you receiving a faulty product*, please contact us as soon as possible so we can organise to get you a replacement or refund.
